Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how PNetwork (the “Service”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website, dashboard, and dedicated node services (the “Services”). It applies alongside our Terms of Service. We aim to collect only what we need to run the Services, bill accurately, and keep your account secure.

• Account and identity. When you sign in through a third-party provider (Google, GitHub, Discord, X/Twitter, or Telegram), we receive a provider identifier and basic profile information such as your email address and display name. If you bind an email address, we store it to reach you about your account.
• Payment and billing. Cryptocurrency top-ups involve on-chain transaction details (such as amounts and addresses) needed to credit your balance. Card payments are processed by our third-party payment providers acting as merchant of record; we receive transaction records and status, but we do not receive or store your full card number.
• Service usage. To operate billing and pay-as-you-go metering, we process the volume of traffic through your node (for example bytes transferred and timestamps), connection metadata, subscription and node status, and the IP addresses used to access the dashboard.
• Device and technical data. We process basic technical information such as browser type and a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and server logs used for security and troubleshooting.

PNetwork is a private-networking service. We do not sell your data, and we do not monitor, inspect, or log the content of the traffic that passes through your dedicated node for advertising or profiling. We process traffic volume and connection metadata only to the extent needed to meter usage, bill accurately, operate and secure the Services, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

• Provide, maintain, provision, and improve the Services and your dedicated node;
• Authenticate you and keep your account and our infrastructure secure;
• Meter usage, calculate charges, process top-ups, and administer subscriptions and referrals;
• Send service communications such as node activation, low-balance, and renewal notices;
• Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

Where data-protection law such as the GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of our contract with you (to provide the Services and billing); our legitimate interests (to secure the Services and prevent abuse); compliance with legal obligations; and your consent where required (which you may withdraw).

We share information only as needed to run the Services:

• Identity providers you choose to sign in with, to authenticate you;
• Payment providers acting as merchant of record, to process card payments and refunds;
• Infrastructure and email providers (such as cloud hosting and our transactional email sender) that process data on our behalf under confidentiality and data-processing obligations;
• Authorities, when required by valid legal process or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Services.

We do not sell your personal information.

We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, then retain what is necessary to meet legal, accounting, tax, and security obligations, after which we delete or anonymize it. Billing and transaction records may be retained longer where law requires.

We use technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, key management for sensitive material, and segregation of funds-handling systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can manage parts of your account in the dashboard, or contact us to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

We use a small number of cookies that are strictly necessary to run the Services — principally to keep you signed in and to protect against abuse. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent you from signing in.

We may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

The Services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
