Terms of Service

Effective date: July 25, 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and PNetwork (the “Service”, “we”, “us”) and govern your access to and use of the PNetwork website, dashboard, APIs, and dedicated node services (together, the “Services”). By creating an account, signing in, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
  • You sign in through a third-party identity provider (such as Google, GitHub, Discord, X/Twitter, or Telegram). You are responsible for keeping access to that provider account secure and for all activity under your PNetwork account.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it current. One account is for one person or entity; you may not resell access or share credentials except as expressly permitted.

3. The Service

PNetwork provides a dedicated network node — intended as one node per user with a stable IP address — for private connectivity. Node availability, regions, bandwidth, and plan features are described in the dashboard and may change over time. We do not guarantee that any specific IP address, region, or capacity will remain available indefinitely.

The Services are provided for lawful private networking. They are not a substitute for security, compliance, or backup solutions, and we do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation, or infringe the rights of others;
  • Send spam, launch denial-of-service or intrusion attacks, distribute malware, or engage in fraud, phishing, or credential abuse;
  • Distribute child sexual abuse material or other content that is illegal to possess or transmit;
  • Resell, sublicense, or provide the Services to third parties as a commercial VPN or proxy offering without our written agreement;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Services, other users’ nodes, or our infrastructure, or circumvent usage metering, billing, or rate limits.

We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates this section or that we reasonably believe poses a risk to the Services, other users, or third parties.

5. Plans, payments, and pay-as-you-go

  • Balance and top-ups. You fund your account balance with supported cryptocurrencies or with card payments processed by our third-party payment providers acting as merchant of record. Amounts credited reflect the value actually received after applicable network fees or taxes as disclosed at checkout.
  • Subscriptions. Plan subscriptions renew for successive periods until cancelled. You may turn off auto-renewal in the dashboard; the current period remains active through its end date.
  • Pay-as-you-go (PAYG). Metered usage is prepaid and debited from your balance. The Services do not extend credit: when your balance is insufficient, metered service is paused until you top up. If the balance remains insufficient after the billing period ends, the subscription is terminated and the node and its IP address are released and cannot be restored. You are responsible for maintaining a sufficient balance to keep your node active.
  • Prices and taxes. Prices are shown in the dashboard and may change prospectively. You are responsible for any taxes not collected on our behalf by the payment provider.

6. Refunds

Except where required by law or expressly stated at the point of sale, payments and top-ups are non-refundable once the corresponding service has been provisioned or consumed. Card payments are handled by our merchant-of-record payment providers and are subject to their refund and chargeback processes. Cryptocurrency top-ups are generally non-reversible.

A node subscription is not refundable once its billing period has started. You may turn off auto-renewal at any time and continue using the node through the end of the period you have already paid for.

Unspent account balance is treated separately: subject to the limits and methods shown in the dashboard, it may be refunded to the original payment channel (fiat) or withdrawn on-chain (cryptocurrency), less the actual payment-channel or network fee incurred.

7. Referrals

The referral program lets you earn a reward when someone you refer makes a qualifying first payment. Reward eligibility, amounts, and anti-abuse rules are described where the program is presented. We may withhold or reverse rewards obtained through fraud, self-referral, or other abuse, and we may modify or end the program at any time.

8. Intellectual property

The Services, including the website, software, and branding, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for their intended purpose. You retain rights to the data and content you transmit through your node; we claim no ownership of your traffic.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Services or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including payment obligations, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — will survive.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Services in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the entity operating PNetwork, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be subject to the courts having jurisdiction over that entity, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
