1.Is this a shared VPN?+
No. Every subscription includes a dedicated node provisioned exclusively for you. Your bandwidth, public IP and server resources are never shared with other users. One user. One node.
2.Will my IP change?+
No. Your dedicated node keeps the same public IP unless you request a replacement or migrate to another region. A stable IP is one of the core benefits of a dedicated node.
3.Can I change region later?+
Each dedicated node belongs to a single region for its lifetime. If you'd like another location, simply add another dedicated node in that region. Existing nodes can be kept or retired independently.
4.How soon is my node ready?+
Your dedicated node is provisioned specifically for your account after payment. We'll notify you by email as soon as it's ready, so there's no need to wait on the page.
5.How does billing work?+
Subscriptions renew monthly by default. You can cancel auto-renew anytime, and your node remains available until the end of the current billing period. Payments for the current billing period are non-refundable.
6.What is account balance?+
Your account balance is used for automatic monthly renewals. Keep enough balance and your dedicated node renews on its own — no manual payment every month, and we email you before a renewal if your balance is running low. Unused balance stays yours — spend it on new nodes or renewals any time, or contact [email protected] if you need it moved out.
7.Which payment methods do you accept?+
We accept cards and local payment methods through Paddle or Creem, as well as USDT on Ethereum (ERC20), BNB Chain (BEP20), TRON (TRC20) and TON.
8.Which VPN clients are supported?+
PNetwork works with popular VPN clients including Clash Verge Rev, sing-box and other compatible clients. The clients we recommend are independent open-source (or third-party commercial) projects and are not developed or affiliated with PNetwork. We recommend them because they provide the best compatibility and user experience.
