Refund Policy
Effective date: August 20, 2026
1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains when payments to PNetwork (“we”, “us”) can be refunded and how to request one. It applies to all purchases made through the PNetwork dashboard, including node subscriptions, pay-as-you-go data, and account top-ups. It supplements our Terms of Service; if the two conflict, this policy governs refunds.
Card and other fiat payments are processed by our merchant-of-record payment providers, and refunds to those payment methods are issued through the same provider that handled the original charge. Cryptocurrency transactions are recorded on public blockchains and are not reversible; where a return is available it is made as an on-chain withdrawal, as described below.
2. Node subscriptions
Each PNetwork plan provisions a dedicated server with its own IP address and bandwidth for you alone. Because we incur the full infrastructure cost for your billing period as soon as the node is provisioned, subscription charges are non-refundable once the billing period has started, except where required by law or expressly stated at the point of sale.
- You can turn off auto-renewal at any time from the dashboard. Your node stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further charges are made.
- Unused time, unused traffic allowance, or early cancellation within a billing period does not create a partial refund.
- Upgrades are charged as the prorated difference and take effect immediately; the upgrade charge follows the same rule as the subscription it applies to.
3. Pay-as-you-go data
Pay-as-you-go data packs are metered against real bandwidth cost and are consumed by your node as you use it. Data-pack charges are therefore non-refundable once purchased.
4. Unspent account balance
Money you add to your PNetwork balance but have not spent is treated differently from consumed services: you can ask for it back. Subject to the limits shown in the dashboard:
- Fiat top-ups are returned to the original payment method through the payment provider that processed the charge. We do not send fiat refunds to a different card or account.
- Cryptocurrency top-ups are returned as an on-chain withdrawal to an address you confirm, on the same network the balance is held in.
- The actual payment-provider or blockchain network fee for the return is deducted from the amount. We do not charge our own fee on top.
- Balance returns are processed on request through support while we finish rolling out self-serve withdrawal in the dashboard.
5. When we will always make it right
Contact us and we will refund or credit you in full for:
- Duplicate charges for the same order.
- A paid order where we failed to deliver the service — for example, your node could not be provisioned and the order did not complete.
- A billing error on our side, such as being charged an amount different from the listed price.
Please include your account email and the transaction reference so we can locate the charge quickly.
6. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us first — genuine problems in section 5 are refunded without friction. Opening a card chargeback instead of contacting us is treated as a payment dispute: while a dispute is unresolved we may suspend the associated services and account, and services terminated as the result of an upheld dispute are not reinstated. Chargeback outcomes decided by the card networks are final on the payment side.
7. How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] from the address associated with your account.
- Include the transaction reference (shown in Dashboard → Transactions) and what happened.
- We respond within 2 business days. Approved fiat refunds are submitted to the payment provider immediately and typically reach your statement in 5–10 business days; on-chain withdrawals follow the confirmation time of the relevant network.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision; material changes will be announced in the dashboard. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
