Client Setup Guide

Effective date: August 29, 2026

1. Before you start

Everything you need is one link. After your node is active, open Dashboard → My Nodes and copy Your subscription link. Importing it into a supported client adds every node you own, shows usage and renewal inside the client, and updates automatically — including after an IP change.

  • Keep the link private. Anyone who has it can use your node.
  • Your profile includes two connection entries per node. If one is slow or unreliable on your network, just switch to the other one in the client — same node, different route.
  • On a phone with sing-box installed, the Import to sing-box button next to your link does the whole import in one tap — no copying needed.

2. Pick your client

3. Troubleshooting

  • The client says the subscription can’t be fetched (404). Your subscription is not active — it may be provisioning, suspended for insufficient balance, or expired. Check My Nodes for the node’s status and your balance.
  • Connected but no traffic flows.Switch to your node’s other connection entry in the client — different networks favor different routes. Also update the profile: your node’s IP may have changed since the last fetch.
  • Slow speeds from your location. Run the speed test from your node card first. If the route is consistently poor, use Change IP on the node card, or Switch region — your remaining value moves with you.
  • Usage / expiry numbers look stale in the client. They refresh each time the client re-pulls the profile (automatic, or pull manually from the profile menu).
  • Still stuck? Email [email protected] with your node region and client name — replies land in your inbox.
